We are thrilled to welcome Nell Buhlman to our Board of Directors. Nell is a senior healthcare executive with 35 years of experience in data analytics and performance improvement. Her expertise and dedication to transforming care through innovative data strategies will be invaluable as we work toward creating a healthcare system that better serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Strategy for PG Forsta, Nell has held numerous leadership roles at Press Ganey, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her tenure, she led groundbreaking efforts to integrate analytics that highlight the connection between patient, caregiver, and business outcomes. She has also authored numerous whitepapers on the transformative power of data in improving healthcare experiences.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nell brings a passion for supporting healthcare innovation. She serves as a board member and trustee at Lifepoint Health and is an Executive in Residence at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
